The Event Hire Company provides furniture hire and event styling service in Essex, London, Kent and across the UK.

Our warehouse based in West Thurrock consists of all manner of items from Chiavari chairs to Chesterfield sofas, tea lights and artificial flower arrangements. With over 13 years’ experience in the event hire industry, we have managed to build relationships with some of the best, in the venues and event companies industry; so you name it, we have heard of it!

At the core of our business is furniture hire and for over 13 years we have been providing private clients and household names with chair hire, table hire and all the basics for their events; this is something we enjoy and will always continue to do. In addition to this our beautiful array of event styling items is forever expanding; we always have exciting new events and products to showcase. This part of the business may have started small for us with just some lanterns and tea lights but we have gradually built an entire stock list of many different products. It would be impossible to list all of the small special touches we provide, as we love to work on every event individually to make each one unique. We have worked with all types of event specs from rustic wedding to themed parties and corporate branding, so our stylists really are the professionals.

We continue every year to expand this list of business partners and we even have individual private clients who use us multiple times a year. We have grown to understand the possibilities and the restraints within event hire and event styling, so we can correctly advise all of our clients to guide their decisions. Our extensive knowledge of what’s available, budget detailing and bespoke ideas are what sets us apart from the rest. We are not just here to make the hard sell but to work with all our clients to find solutions and alternative arrangements where needs be. We have worked in many venues over the years including large ones and smaller intimate venues, so we understand the buildings décor, their rules and have good relationships with the staff.
