Venue spaces available for private hire
Let’s start with the awe inspiring Main Hall, full of wonderful features and a real gem in the heart of the venue. This event space is a whopping 700sqm and can hold up to 350 guests for a seated lunch or dinner. The Hall is lined with three giant chandeliers dangling from the ceiling and ceiling height marble columns.
The second venue space is the Garden Room which is accessible through the Main Hall and opens with large windows and doors creating easy access to the outdoor garden. This can even be used as an access point to give your guests that extra wow when they enter the Main Hall. This space can hold up to 300 people for a reception.
Last, but not least, the glittering jewel of this venue would be the private garden which can be used to hold an event, such as a marquee wedding ceremony, or just used as a beautiful outdoor space for your guests to enjoy, it’s your choice.

Gibson Hall has a brilliant in house catering team called Kudos who is one of a kind at creating exciting and unique menu ideas. They can cater for all different types of food options, whether it is Asian food, finger food, a seated dinner or a corporate lunch, so they really are prepared to go that extra mile to create the food you desire. Furniture hire and styling inspiration
We are currently the sole supplier for this venue when it comes to furniture and styling and are on their approved supplier list. With such large spaces to work with you could be wondering what on earth to do so take a look at some previous events to get those creative juices flowing.
In this event the garden has been transformed for the evening guests to enjoy. It looks magical and almost looks as if it is reflecting the night sky, making the secluded garden area look like a dream using tea lights scattered in the grass and draping blue lit fairy lights across the bushes which line up against the outside of the perimeter.
Sticking with a popular theme for this year we created a Beauty and the Beast theme and let’s face it, every bride dreams of the fairy-tale wedding reception! Look at the ornate wedding thrones standing tall and adding such grandeur. The red seat pads are true to the deep red rose from the films, whilst the ice chivari chair is neutral and fits in well. We used gold candelabras and tall glass vases for the centerpieces to add height to the table matching the thrones.
This Mandap proves the versatility of the venue. Standing in the Main Hall on a stage this fabric Mandap has been embellished with hanging flowers along three sides and clusters of faux flowers have been added to the corners and the front. The white Chesterfield sofas allow not only room for the bride and groom but for family to join them later in the evening to relax.
These tall and luxurious feather centerpieces look phenomenal, and using LED lights at the bottom, the crystals inside mimic the reflection of light to the hanging chandeliers. What a perfect idea for a corporate dinner or awards ceremony.
